Brief History….

In the summer of 2015, a group of independent music teachers belonging to CAPMT District 1 banded together with a vision to form a new chapter for San Diego. This bold initiative was realized and fulfilled under the cooperation and diligent work of the following members:

On March 8, 2016, San Diego South Chapter was formally and officially recognized as a local association affiliated with MTNA.
